They say a man's house is his castle, well for a woman it's a kingdom. We are in charge of shining the armor, feeding the battalion, oiling the drawbridge, banging the tapestries, emptying the chamber pots and driving the carriage. Not to mention we must look great while doing it. In this kingdom there are war days and there are peace days, but not matter what kind of day it is, it is full of blessings and lots and lots of photography.

Jason and I have been married for 20 years and have had a great time building our kingdom. We have four beautiful children that we share the kingdom with as well as one very large goldendoodle named Pilgrim. We love our life and are grateful everyday for the blessings we enjoy in our kingdom. If you are ever in the area please stop by and visit.

MAKE UP

When Oakli was a little girl she would help me put on my make-up. At the time it felt like it would be forever before she was wearing it herself. Well her 14th birthday came and went and she is now wearing make-up everyday. I can't believe the little girl who was so helpful so many years ago is old enough to wear her own now. I am continually amazed at how quickly time goes by. In just a few years she will be passing tips on to her little sister. Can we please slow things down just a bit?

She was so anxious to have her first lesson on how to apply the stuff. I am just grateful that we have other options in make up besides liquid foundation. Thanks to mineral powder her make up wearing experience will be so much better.
