I watched the following video this morning and couldn't help thinking how often we are out of control and don't even realize it until it's too late.
As I watched this video, I thought to myself how much this is like us in life. We cautiously start out and when trouble strikes we keep going. A few slid to the side and stayed there realizing the danger ahead. But as in life there were still some who kept pushing through only to end up facing greater danger. A few were repentant and tried to remedy their situation. I wondered why the road wasn't shut down in this case and it made me think of our spiritual road. When we get in trouble do we call for help or do we try to get out ourselves. The Lord is there ready and waiting for us, we just need to ask.

- They say a man's house is his castle, well for a woman it's a kingdom. We are in charge of shining the armor, feeding the battalion, oiling the drawbridge, banging the tapestries, emptying the chamber pots and driving the carriage. Not to mention we must look great while doing it. In this kingdom there are war days and there are peace days, but not matter what kind of day it is, it is full of blessings and lots and lots of photography.
