About Me

My photo
They say a man's house is his castle, well for a woman it's a kingdom. We are in charge of shining the armor, feeding the battalion, oiling the drawbridge, banging the tapestries, emptying the chamber pots and driving the carriage. Not to mention we must look great while doing it. In this kingdom there are war days and there are peace days, but not matter what kind of day it is, it is full of blessings and lots and lots of photography.

Kingdom Wright

Jason and I have been married for 20 years and have had a great time building our kingdom. We have four beautiful children that we share the kingdom with as well as one very large goldendoodle named Pilgrim. We love our life and are grateful everyday for the blessings we enjoy in our kingdom. If you are ever in the area please stop by and visit.

Oakli 15th B-day

It really can't be true.  Oakli just turned 15! It's the time for learners permits, pre-dating phase, cell phone debates and all the things that come with watching your baby grow up.  I assure you time goes by way to quickly.  I sometimes wish I could stop the train but since I can't I will just try to enjoy each moment as much as I can.

We have this obsession with scavenger hunts in our home.  We leave these little notes that lead you to an object of desire.  In this case it was one of Oakli's birthday presents.  She wanted a bike and I really didn't know the best way to present it but the scavenger hunt did the job nicely.  She flew through the house following her little notes and then burst through the door in the guest bedroom and there was her new bike.

As you can see Koleson was a huge help in seeking said desired object.
